After the isolation of the pandemic, Greenhouse Software was determined to transform the talent acquisition landscape with a bold return to live events, integrating a hybrid component to reach a global audience. Tasked with this ambitious goal, TAIT designed an environmentally friendly, innovative brandscape for the Greenhouse Open Conference at the Jacob Javits Center. Our mission for Greenhouse Software: to create immersive experiences and workshops that would unlock the potential of hiring experts worldwide.

The Greenhouse Software Open Conference spanned two days of dynamic interaction, featuring panels, case study sessions, and interactive workshops focusing on pivotal talent acquisition topics. Our design leveraged the latest event technology to seamlessly blend in-person and virtual engagements. Keynote presentations were paired with dynamic content to ensure a spectacular viewing experience, while a relaxation lounge encouraged networking and learning among attendees.

The social highlight came at the end of the first day, as guests were invited to the Javits Center’s urban rooftop farm for an evening of networking in a park-like setting complete with live music, street performers, and interactive photo opportunities. This not only facilitated deeper connections among industry colleagues but also reinforced the Greenhouse Open Conference event’s commitment to innovation and sustainability.
