With multiple spaces, a fast-moving schedule, and high-profile programming, the event demanded a production approach that could balance operational precision with a seamless guest experience. TAIT developed a comprehensive live event strategy that unified venue operations, front-of-house planning, stage management, and technical production into a single coordinated experience.

Ahead of the event, the team mapped audience flow, program transitions, and technical infrastructure to ensure each moment connected smoothly across the venue. Onsite, TAIT oversaw execution across every touchpoint, supporting the pace and complexity of the evening while maintaining a polished, guest-first experience from arrival through final remarks.

The result was a live event platform that allowed TAAF to spotlight the voices, achievements, and future of the AANHPI community through a confident and cohesive production experience.
