The 9/11 Memorial and Museum stands as a poignant reminder of lives lost and the indomitable spirit of resilience. For the 22nd anniversary of the annual commemoration event at the 9/11 Memorial & Museum, the challenge was not only to honor this legacy with reverence but also to overcome the added difficulties presented by inclement weather. In collaboration with the Memorial team, TAIT ensured that the solemnity required by such an occasion was upheld, despite the logistical complexities posed by rain and overcast conditions.

Faced with persistent rainfall, our team was tasked with safeguarding delicate audiovisual equipment while maintaining the highest standards of event quality and safety. Our production teams operated seamlessly working to safeguard delicate equipment, uphold quality and ensure the safety of crew and guests. The seamless execution of these measures ensured that the ceremony could proceed without interruption, allowing the attendees to fully engage with the gravity of the occasion.

In addition to the main ceremony, TAIT supported Cantor Fitzgerald in a special tribute event, which honored team members lost on 9/11. This emotionally charged gathering took place at the grounds of the 9/11 Memorial and Museum, providing family members, colleagues, friends and community with a respectful and heartfelt environment to remember their fallen loved ones.
